CS2 UPDATED - WHAT TO DO
========================

You need: Visual Studio with the C++ workload installed (BUILD.bat uses it).

STEP 1 - NEW OFFSETS (every update)
-----------------------------------
Get a new dump (cs2-dumper, or a CS2 offsets repository's zip).
Copy these 3 files from it into Lootline\offsets\ and replace the old ones:
    offsets.json
    buttons.json
    info.json
(The other dump files aren't needed.)

STEP 2 - BUILD
--------------
Double-click Lootline\BUILD.bat and wait for "BUILD OK".
    x64\Release\Lootline.exe     <- the normal one
    x64\Debug\LL_Debug.exe <- debug build (asserts on, slower)

STEP 3 - CHECK
--------------
Start CS2, run Lootline, open the menu (Home):
    Settings -> Game update -> Check signatures (takes a few seconds)

    "All signatures found" (green) -> done.
    yellow name -> broke, but the offsets dump covers it. Fine.
    red name -> that signature broke. Go to step 4.

It also tells you what each one is used for ("case opening", "skins in matches", "everything"...),
so you know how bad it is.

STEP 4 - NEW SIGNATURES (only for the red ones)
-----------------------------------------------
Open   Lootline\offsets\patterns.txt   in Notepad.
Every Lootline signature is listed there, with a # in front (= not used).

For each red name, add a line (or remove the # and replace the bytes):

    UseTool = 48 85 D2 0F 84 ? ? ? ? 53 41 57 48 83 EC 28 49 8B D8 4C 8B F9 48 85 DB 0F 84

- The name on the LEFT must be Lootline's name, exactly as it's written in patterns.txt / the menu.
- ? = any byte. "??" works too.
- You can also paste a C++ line as-is:
      inline constexpr const char* UseTool = "48 85 D2 0F 84 ? ...";
- A typo'd name shows up red in the menu as "Unknown name in patterns.txt".

Save, then do STEP 2 and STEP 3 again.

PRICES (for the upgrader)
-------------------------
Lootline never goes online: the prices are a list built into the DLL (data\prices.txt).
To refresh it:
  1. In your browser, save these as files (Ctrl+S):
         https://csfloat.com/api/v1/listings/price-list   -> csfloat.json
         https://market.csgo.com/api/v2/prices/USD.json   -> marketcsgo.json   (optional)
  2. python tools\make_prices.py csfloat.json marketcsgo.json
  3. BUILD.bat
Without building: put the saved csfloat.json into %USERPROFILE%\.lootline as prices_csfloat.json.
Lootline uses it instead of the built-in list when it's newer.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
-----------------------
- Game crashes after you added a signature -> that signature is wrong (it found the wrong function).
                                               Put a # back in front of it, run BUILD.bat again.
- BUILD FAILED -> scroll up in the window for the first "error" line.
                                               A missing offsets\*.json file is the usual one.
- Lootline.exe: "loaded but not listed"     -> CS2 launch options need  -allow_third_party_software
- Menu doesn't open at all -> most likely a red "everything" signature
                                               (FrameStageNotify / GetLocalPawn). Fix those first.
